Very tasty green pancakes with spinach

Ingredients:
Fresh spinach-200 g
Seeds of Chía-3 tbsp (can be replaced with 7 tablespoons butter)
Water-1/2 cups (using oil, water not needed)
Rice flour-2/3 cups

Cooking:

Seeds of Chía soak in water to form a gel. Whisk together with spinach in a food processor. Add the flour and whisk to mix until smooth.

Ladle scoop the dough and pour it onto a preheated pan. Fry the pancakes on both sides.

Serve you with humusom and fresh vegetables.
