CHARLOTTE WITH PEARS
Ingredients:
-flour 4 cups
-yogurt 2 cups
-1 cup sugar
-butter (room temperature) 200 g
-2 tsp soda
-Pears (or apples), chopped 800 g
-raisins 100 g
-citric acid 1/2 tsp
-vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
-1.5 TSP cinnamon
HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Razogreem the oven to 180-200 c.
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and spices in a bowl.
3. Votrem in the mix soft butter Add pears, raisins and yogurt, vol'em and all carefully mix.
4. We shall grease a baking dish with oil and will it blend.
5. Bake for about half an hour.
