As a novice to arrange a home yoga practice? Part 1

To practice yoga regularly-just like a regular need to sleep, eat, take medication. If yoga classes are held only once or twice a week in a group, it is not enough that yoga has shown all its healing effect.

Probably, you will feel a slight improvement in the well-being and mood after practice-but stable it becomes. For this purpose it is necessary to regularly practice yoga at home, alone.

The human body is exposed to cyclical.
